Tips for using and maintaining the 2 in 1 Mini Chamfering Machine: 1. Before using the machine for the first time, make sure to inject pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet (about 4C.C). After every 3 hours of continuous use, inject another 4C.C of oil. 2. After oil injection, let the machine idle for about ten seconds to ensure proper lubrication of internal parts. 3. The maximum processing angle for this machine is C0.1-2, with the best effect achieved at C1. For angles C1 to C2, it is recommended to chamfer in two passes for optimal results. 4. Angle R refers to the arc angle of R1.5. 5. The scale wheel can adjust the size of the bevel cut, but not the angle. 6. The chamfer size can be adjusted by loosening the 2 screws on the black gear plate, using a thinner Allen key to twist the plate left and right to adjust the size, and then tightening the screws back into place.
