The Simpson SPBL2 Speed Bandit Full Face Racing Helmet in size Large, with a glossy black finish, comes with a clear shield included (dark smoke shield pictured is sold separately). This helmet is the latest addition to the Simpson Bandit line, featuring FMVSS 218 DOT and ECE 2205 certification. It is constructed with a lightweight thermo-injected Polycarbonate shell in three different sizes for a perfect fit. The helmet also includes Simpson's "Speed Brow" with low-pressure venturi effect venting, venturi effect chin vents, and a central rear exhaust vent for optimal airflow. The ultra-wide, quick-release shield provides maximum field of view and has a 4-position locking feature. The helmet is Pinlock ready and has a hypoallergenic comfort liner that is fully removable and washable. Speaker cutouts are included for a communication system. Available in sizes XS-2XL, the helmet has a double D-ring retention system. It is shipped with a clear shield, but optional Chrome Mirror, Dark Smoke, and Iridium Shields are available for purchase. Accessories such as a helmet bag and Han Post can also be added to your order for an additional cost. To determine the correct size, measure the circumference of your head at points above the eyebrows and in the back of the head, and choose the largest measurement.
